2 - If you are placed as the evolutionary successor of Lucy, why present it as a link in human evolution? If most of paleoanthropologists Lucy placed in another different human lineage, which became Australopithecus robustus and died.
3 - How are so sure they were bipedal?.
4 - Even granting that they were bipedal, something hard to believe without hard evidence, what guarantee is there that a being is a bipedal human ancestor?, Kangaroos and chickens, are bipedal and nobody expected to become human.
